Is Hemp and Marijuanas the same plant?
Hemp and Marijuana come from the same type of plant (Cannabis Sativa), but there are important differences between them. Hemp contains very low levels of THC (less than 0.3%) instead of Marijuana which contains high levels of THC. Hemp is legal in many states if it contains less than 0.3% THC. Marijuana is more strictly regulated and may or may not be legal, depending on the laws of your state.
